RETURNS
We hope you do not need to return any thing, but if you do firstly drop us an email stating why you need to return your item. For exchanges we will hold the stock for you.
We can not accept anything that has been used or chewed.
We do not accept returns on personalised items.
Returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
SIZING
Please follow the size guide for each harness or collar. We have stock which is made by different companies so the size guides vary. A photo of the size guide is shown with each item.
Please measure before ordering or get in contact with us if you would like some help.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.K?
Our little legs now deliver outside of the U.K and Ireland.
Please be aware of any customs charges your country may apply as these are not covered in your order.

How To Return
We accept returns within 14 days as long as they have not been used or chewed! At Peaches & Huxley we try to keep our paper trail down. So returns are simple either send us an email with your order number, product you would like to return, reason and if you would like a replacement or refund. Then pop it back in the post to us.
Or fill out the form and then pop in the post back to us.
Buyer pays for return postage, replacements are re delivered free of charge.

Payments are processed through a secure platform and we do not keep these details on file.
We will only contact you if you have subscribed to emails, alerts or regarding a current order that is being processed.

DELIVERY
We like the postman and you will too, please allow 3-5 days to arrive once dispatched. We use U.K Royal Mail.
Our little legs dispatch in 2-3 days of your order being placed.
U.K and Ireland only.
Flat rate shipping fees apply. £3.90 to main land U.K and Northern Ireland, £7.90 to all other regions.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
What a great idea, but unfortunately we do not off gift cards at the moment.
We will definitely look into this, well our dog Mum will!
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payment through our site with Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Paypal. We would accept treats but it's not good for business!
At events and pop ups we will except cash and cards.
